3 cups Water (for cooking)
1 Organic Chicken Breast- rinsed and chopped into small pieces
1⁄2 cup cooked Organic Corn (fresh or frozen)
1 Organic Carrot – peeled and chopped
1 small Organic Sweet Potato – peeled and chopped
3⁄4 cup of cooked Organic Quinoa
Dash of Organic Parsley
Dash of Organic Onion Powder


  • Step 1

    Put water in large pot over high heat. Insert metal steamer tray. Add chicken, parsley and onion powder and steam until soft enough to insert a fork easily. Chicken should be opaque and not pink. (about 7 minutes)

  • Step 2

    Remove chicken from the steamer tray.

  • Step 3

    Add corn, carrot, and sweet potato and steam until soft enough to insert fork (about 7 minutes)

  • Step 4

    Place chicken, vegetables, and cooked quinoa into a food processor with ¾ cup reserved water (from steaming). Blend until smooth.

  • Step 5

    Once prepared, refrigerate your homemade baby food within 2 hours and use within 24 hours. For later use, store the puree in the freezer in airtight containers portioned into individual serving sizes and use within one week.
